Who We Are

We are a group of software and design experts spread across 4 countries - USA, Mexico, Pakistan, and India.  We collaborate virtually and laugh at each other's mistakes in English.  We love what we do and consider ourselves a family.
 

What We Do

We try, every day, to make people's work lives better.  We believe that when you feel respected, listened to, and engaged with, you are more satisfied at work.  More satisfaction leads to less stress, which improves personal relationships and health.

To make people's lives better, we give employees a voice in their organizations.  We strive to open communication within an organization and give people an outlet for their great ideas, gripes, kudos, and honest feedback.  

We also seek to build the best possible software using new and innovative technologies and methodologies.  We learn from each other, help each other, and push each other to always be getting better.
 

Why We Do It

We're in this business because we want to make people's lives better.  There are plenty of ways to do that, but the way we know best is through software.  We want to see fewer tweets about dreading the performance review conversation or articles on rock-bottom job satisfaction rates.  We spend so much time at work; shouldn't we enjoy it?
