ClearGears is what's called a 360 degree feedback process, meaning that coworkers all review each other, regardless of rank or title. At ClearGears, however, the question of who reviews you all comes down to who you work with most: teammates.
For example: members of the Team California (featured above) only evaluate other members of Team California. ClearGears recognises that the people you work closest with are in the best position to give you helpful feedback, and vice-versa.
